Let's Make it Official, Inc. is a 501(c)(3) non profit organization that empowers young people from diverse socio-economic backgrounds to become successful in high school and beyond. We apply a hands-on approach in working with youth to emphasize education and positive lifestyle choices through athletics, life skills and financial literacy.

STAN WHITE, CEO & CHAIRMAN

Let's Make it Official was founded by Stan White in 2012.
Stan White is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin-Parkside and the proud owner of a leading State Farm Insurance Agency located in the University of South Florida Community.
He has served as Finance Chair and board member for Metro YMCA and Central City YMCA. Stan has also served as a Christian Financial Counselor with Larry Burkett Christian Financial Planning organization.
A non-profit organization dedicated to teaching the biblical principles of handling money. He is a graduate of Dave Ramsey’s Financial Peace University. Stan is a Board Member and player for Master Basketball Association. Stan currently resides in Dover, FL with his lovely wife Miriam. They have three adult children.
For the past 6 years, Let’s Make it Official (LMO) has been recruiting young inner city men with leadership qualities. The organization helps them obtain the necessary skills to become a licensed football, basketball, baseball, soccer or lacrosse referee. At the same time, they learn fundamental social and financial skills to positively impact their lives and communities.
Upon graduating from the 13-week program, the young adults are fully outfitted from head to toe with uniforms, whistles and even shoes. LMO helps book them referring jobs and also find other employment at local recreation and community centers

Jack Brown
Head Referee Instructor
Retired Employee - University College of Behavior and Community Sciences
Former Behavioral Treatment Counselor and Training Specialist
Jack Brown is a retired employee for the University College of Behavior and Community Sciences. He also was a Behavioral Treatment Counselor and Training Specialist for 30 years.
He is a current member of the West Coast Association for Referees and has been a member for 35 years. He also on the Evaluation Committee for training and evaluating reason referees.

Trina White
Director Of Education
US Air Force Veteran, Brandon, Florida
US Air Force veteran; graduated Magna Cum Laude from the University of South Florida (USF) College of Education and has tutored elementary, high school, and college level students. After graduating from USF, she taught elementary education for the School District of Hillsborough County, Florida. In the private school sector, she performed duties as head teacher which included trained, mentored, and oversaw elementary teachers, developed and managed curriculum, and assessed overall student and teacher performance. Trina is a Let’s Make It Official (LMO) board member and secretary. Currently, she is attending the Small Business Development Center at USF pursuing entrepreneurial opportunities.

Robert Hayes

Robert Hales serves as president of Hal-Tec Corporation headquartered in Tampa, Florida. As president, he oversees the day to day requirements for both domestic and overseas clients. Hal-Tec is a service company that provides technical services to the cable TV and telecommunications industry. Robert resides in Tampa with his wife Linda.
